The Lasting Effects of Homelessness is a professional development workshop for organisations, companies and groups that wish to further develop their empathy and understanding towards homelessness.

Those that experience homelessness are often spoken about rather than spoken to. In this workshop Matt Vapor uses his homeless experience to breakdown the stereotypes and prejudices that exist around homelessness. The workshop builds an empathetic and professional approach to the challenges homelessness while educating the lasting effects of homelessness.

  • Challenge existing beliefs around homelessness and mental health

    To examine and understand issues surrounding homelessness.

    Understand the different types of homelessness and their drivers.

    Investigate current trends and topics that involve homelessness through a professional lens.

    Examine current challenges and approaches to homelessness including the gathering of statistics and other data.
